      If there were a way to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
      Legacy Studios has officially taught me a masterclass in how not to run a business. We pre-ordered our daughters’ fall school pictures and were told they would arrive 3–4 weeks after picture day. Fast-forward eight weeks later, and guess what shows up? The long-lost photo — conveniently on the same day as their reshoots.
      In between, we experienced the worst “customer service” imaginable: countless emails, zero callbacks, and an endless loop of identical auto-reply emails that never actually addressed the issue. It’s like no one there even reads messages — just a robotic copy-paste cycle of disappointment.
      And after all that? The pictures don’t even look great.
      I was this close to walking into their office myself just to get an answer. Legacy Studios, you’ve truly outdone yourselves — not in photography, but in demonstrating how to lose customers and credibility in record time.
      I sincerely hope no independent school district ever works with you again. Parents deserve far better than this circus of incompetence.

      ***** was fantastic!!! She walked me through the choices available for purchasing packages for my 3 grandsons. I would have never figured this out in my own. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and so very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience.

      ***** ******* is the best representative a company could have. After months of problems and lack of communication with my order, she solved all my issues in 10 minutes, and I made my purchase, just as I wanted. She is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and funny. She walked me through the problems with my purchase easily with her charm and experience. You need to double her pay! If I could award ten stars, I would.

      ***** was absolutely amazing and really helped solve my problem. I went days with no help from anyone until I was connected with ***** and she was so kind and even checked in to let me know she was still working on fixing my issue. She is a gem and stands out in customer service.

      I started off with unkind words because I was not pleased with my son’s senior pictures. I could honestly say that I was irate in my complaint to the customer service department. My complaint was not taken lightly. They promptly returned my email within 24 hours which led to a discussion and an agreement to fix the situation. I’d like to commend ****, who is calm and caring in the phone calls as well and with everything that she did to rectify the situation too calm an upset mother down.
