    The tech Brandon was very professional in his interaction with us (my mom and I) as clients. He was very persevering and focused in all phases of his work and also was mindful in accommodating the clients for the purpose of installation of final accessory details as the corner shelves and grab-bar positioning. His diligence during the demo procedure unfortunately resulted in breakthrough damage of the drywall in the room immediately adjacent to the tiled backside bath wall. He was very apologetic for the mishap and did not hesitate to inform us of the mishap. He stated that someone from JR Bath would contact us during the following week (after the installation), for plans for personnel to be dispatched to repair the two damaged sections of that adjacent wall surface. The installation has been quite appealing and we certainly have been pleased with the set-up. My biggest concern during the installation was that Brandon, while undoubtedly demonstrated unparalleled competence in handling the job complete from start to finish, was not provided with an assistant. I say this, no because of the fact that he requested to be able to remain and to work into the early hours following sundown, to complete the job in a single session, but rather as a matter of safety. Particularly during the demo operation, if any incident would occur that could result in serious personal injury, then without an assistant present, the man could have been in a situation of dire stress, particularly since the clients were in another portion of the home for their own safety. I strongly believe that a single tech assigned to an installation is a rather risky practice. Finally, as a client, we should have been given an invoice detailing the proposed and agreed upon work, along with details, not only for transactional and accounting purposes, but also as a record of reference, in the event of questions or future concerns.

    We’ve had both our bathrooms remodeled by JR Luxury Bath in May and October. Both turned out beautifully. One was a tub to shower conversion and the other was replacing the existing tub with a new tub and surround. We had two different installers and both were organized, polite and did a great job. Very pleased with JR Bath and especially Steve, the manager, who made sure everything went as it was supposed to. Great people, great product and great company.

    Evan was very professional, he worked very hard all day, taking a break only at lunch. He was very respectful in every way. We were very impressed at how he stayed with the job. He was friendly and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked by himself which amazed us, he was that good!!! JR Bath needs more like him. We are thrilled with the results!! He is always welcome in our home.

    I can't say enough great things about Brandon! He showed up when he said he would. He started when he said he would, and he finished the job when he said he would! Brandon was polite, friendly and respectful to me and to my home. He worked hard all day long and cleaned up after himself each day. He was proud of his work as he should be! I wish everyone was blessed enough to have someone like Brandon to improve their home!

    The man who put in walk in shower did a great job and clean everything and made should what and were I wanted thing at in shower.
