    Business Response

We sincerely apologize that your project could not proceed as initially planned.  We can never guarantee that any funding will be provided by the VA.  It is the responsibility of the customer to secure any outside funding they require for their project.  Our Design Consultant, Mr. Mietzel, would have only suggested that you could apply for a grant with the VA, but of course any potential funding provided by them would ultimately be out of our control.  Since your cancellation request is outside the required cancellation window, we are more than willing to explore other options in an effort to work with you.  We have offered you an alternative to the Walk-In Tub that would still be very accessible & much easier to use than your current tub system, but so far you have not accepted this offer.  Again, we do apologize that your project is not proceeding as intended, & for any misunderstandings that may have occurred regarding funding, but we are doing our best to explore alternative options with you.
