      I placed an order on August 12, 2024. When I placed the order, the site said if I didn't provide an *** for them to ship to, the would provide me with a list of ***'s they have on file in my area. The next day, I got an email asking me for the *** info. I responded asking them to provide ***'s the have have on file. I got no response. I have since sent them 3 additional e-mails, none of which have been answered. I have tried calling at least a dozen times, on different days, at different times. The phone just rings and rings, with no answer. Eventually it just beeps and disconnects, every time. My lower has not shipped and I have not had ANY contact with the company.

      PURCHASED TAC-9 LOWER IN 2023. PRODUCT COMES WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. PRODUCT HAS STOPPED WORKING.I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL ****************** MULTIPLE TIMES. I HAVE ALSO TRIED CALLING. EMAIL HAVE AN AUTO RESPONSE & CALLS GO TO A VM BOX THAT IS FULL.I JUST WANT TO GET WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.

      Upon receiving the letter via mail, I checked my email ************** as well as ***************** and found that I had 0 emails from ******************. ****************** is no longer a functioning email and has not been since March 2023. I called ****************** on 6/19/2024 around 10:12 AM CDT and discussed with him the issue. Upon our discussion, I stated that I had not received any email from him and told him to try again as I was wanting to see the images of said product that was damaged. The thread finally came through however the pictures did not, and about 5 minutes later we got the picture to come through. I have sent him the return form and the return label for us to get his product in so we can repair the damages and get his product back to him!

      Previously filed complaint #******** on 6/12/24. Received verbal commitment for a solution on 6/21/24 and sent product in the warranty repair. Part was received on 6/25/24 and signed by A ******. I have made multiple attempts to contact company via phone & email without any response. I am seeking warranty replacement of the part they received on 6/25/24.

      Order was placed 5/9/23 I was not able to build the lower until 1/12/24 Upon build the lower would not completely seat on the upper. After finally being able to seat the lower, I was able to get four shots off. On the fifth shot the brass fitting exploded out the back leaving me with two pieces. This is an extreme danger and a hazard to the shooter. I was not harmed. On 2/3/24 I called and was met with no answer and a voicemail box that was full. I emailed as instructed. No response. On 2/8/24. I called. And the same thing. Emailed alternate email. No response. On 2/12/24 emailed again. No response. On 2/20/24 called again. No answer. No option for voicemail. Rather than rant about the safety of this product I would like to move on.

      We did have issues with the first email ************** was emailing as that email became inactive a week before he started trying to communicate with us. We were in the process of getting everything swapped over to one email and in the process his one email he sent to ************** was missed during this process which is now the primary email for customer service. I reached out upon seeing the missed email on 2/28/2024 at 2:57pm and ************* responded on 2/29/2024 to get the process started for a return to us of the damaged product as well as a refund. A return label was sent to ************* on 3/4/2024 at 9:28am and I received the product back in office on 3/12/2024 around 12:30pm. I then spoke with ************* on the phone about the refund and he stated he had a different card now so we are mailing out a check to him today which is 3/13/2024!

      On 06/23/2023, I purchased a polymer TAC-9 9mm lower reciever ($44.99 ) from Tennessee Arms Company of Dysberg, Tennessee. On 07/17 /2023 the item arrived at my designated *** transfer agent where it was registered ( $20.00).On 08/03/23, I was attempting to remove the upper receiver, when one of the front arms which holds the front takedown pin broke. On 08/05/2023, I emailed ******** Arms (*****************) , asking if this was covered by warranty and they replied "Yes sir print a return form out from our website and send it in with the lower and we will get you fixed up". On 08/08/2023, I filled out the return form and mailed the lower back to them.On 08/23/2023, I emailed ******** Arms asking for the status of my return. On 08/28/2023, they replied "I will find out and let you kno' ".On 09/11/2023, I emailed asking what the status was with no reply. On 09/19/2023, I emailed again with no reply.On 09/22/ 2023, I forwareded my emails to an address that was attached to a sales ad (********************) with no response.On 09/28/2023, I called their number and after numerous rings, I got a voise message saying that the voice mail box was full.The company still emails out ads and the website is still active. I would like either a replacement for the item I returned or a refund for the cost of the lower plus the *** transfer fee.
