We just recently closed on our first purchase and the process was unbelievably easy and it only took 3 weeks from start to finish and we could have closed in 2 weeks if the sellers were ready. Diane was wonderful to work with and very professional during the entire process! She kept us updated along the way and I never had to ask. The service was great Cindy and Diane work with me on a personal basis and talked with me frequently updating me and answering my questions they were very helpful. We recently decided to re-do our mortgage and iDirect Home Loans did an excellent job. We dealt with Kristi and Diane and they both were exceptional! They both are very knowledgeable with their products and were able to answer all my questions. They both stayed on top of my loan and made the whole process easy and fast. I would highly recommend using IDirect and dealing with Kristi and Diane. In the future if I decide to make any changes to my loan I definitely will reach out to them. I am truly amazed at the speed of this company, we closed our new refi loan in 10 business days!! Cindy is both professional and empathetic as well as very knowledgeable and thorough. Diane is a fabulous loan processor and was quick to answer our every question with patience and accuracy. In this day and time, when I find it so hard to get something done right the first time, I can honestly say that Cindy, Diane & iDirect nailed it!!! IDirect Home loans were superior. I have never had such ease at refinancing. Grant and Wendy knew what they were doing. I had no worries what so ever. I am so please with their expertise and knowledge. I can breath now. They were with me every step. By the way if you want efficiency and comfort in refinancing, these folks would be the way to go.
