    I wish I could give 0 starts. Absolutely horrible business practice. In July of 2022 I had already met my deductible for my health insurance. I was told I had to pay $*****. In December of 2022 I moved away from Chattanooga, TN and forgot all about the $***** that was never refunded to me. In May of 2024 I moved back to Chattanooga. In August I was prescribed by my Workers Compensation Doctor to have a Procedure at PrimeImaging. Being a w/c claim I signed where they told me to sign. Then I get a bill because they try to run the procedure under a Healthcare policy I no longer have and are sending me a bill. I see that I "Over Paid" $***** in July of 2022. On Sept 11 2024 I called and asked about the $***** from July of 2022. I'm told they could not get a hold of me. I've had the same phone number for 20 years, you didn't try. A rep from billing verified my address and said I would be receiving the refund in a couple of weeks. Today on 10/22/2024 I called because I haven't gotten a check. The rep tells me it was mailed on 10/2/2024. I said she needs to look into that because that was 20 days ago. After being on hold for 10 minutes she comes back and says that the Doctor's have to sign off on all refund checks and that can take up to 3 months from the day the check was printed. I can understand making sure that insurance pays etc etc, but this was from 2022. This is ridiculous. You have had my money for 2.5 years and its going to be another 3 months???
