Was quoted a "team" would come to clean the house top down, baseboards and blinds, etc. One individual showed up. I wouldn't imagine a cleaning team to be one individual. Price wound up being cheaper than initial quote but wasn't to the desire I think any party would prefer. Asked about using something for mold and mildew and was told by cleaner they don't have anything in their kit to use for it but could ask the head office if there's something they could use. Asked about blinds and baseboards and was told we could hit it next time. Mirrors weren't cleaned. Floors were a once over. Nothing if anything was dusted. Asked if they could get the fan blades and they did but just swiped the bottoms blades and wound up leaving the fallen dust on our chair. When Bill called us back we were told due to the caustic nature of mold and mildew cleaners it's not something they do but that WE could use something like X14. Stated we signed off on everything which is inaccurate. We were made to sign documents BEFORE any cleaning was done - some shady tactic to say you signed off on it saying it was to your satisfaction. Bill offered to send the same cleaner back the next day and we could have a detailed list of what we'd like cleaned. First time cleans are no different business to business; you knock it out and maintain in the coming weeks. We declined the offer and stated we'd be going a different route. We went with them due to the name and experience but won't be using them in the future.

We never promised Mr. ******* a team of cleaners, for the most part we work solo cleaners as do most of our franchise.

The customer was present during the cleaning and was asked to check all rooms over at the finish of job, which he did and signed the quality control sheet that he was satisfied with the job.

Mr. ****** called and complained about the job after cleaner left, I assured him we come back the next day and correct anything in question, but he declined our offer.
