    Robert arrived on time and checked the system for the semi annual check. Cleaned the condenser and the outside unit so that they looked new again. Very personable and definitely an asset for Reliable.

    On the coldest night so far with freezing temperatures our furnace quit working. Called Reliable and within 30 mins the guy was out here and fixed the problem. The guy, Justin, was super nice and diagnosed the problems super quick. Even after he got it running he checked it over to make sure nothing else was going to go wrong. I highly recommend this company.

    I've used Reliable for over 20 years. They have been just that, reliable. I use their annual maintenance to keep my unit serviced. Most recently my unit wasn't cooling as it should. I made the call and they were there within the next 2 hours. They replaced a capacitor that had gone bad on what's now a 14 year old unit. Any tech that's ever been to my house has been knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

    I would like to compliment your technician Chris. He communicated with me to coordinate a timely arrival. Chris was polite and worked diligently to resolve my a/c issue. I would call Reliable again should I have a need.

    The reliable tech, Stephen showed up on time, and literally within five minutes had the issue diagnosed and had begun the repair. I am a diyer and of course had many questions. He answered every question I had and was quite conversant with the heat pump system, while not making me feel like a pest. We have used Reliable exclusively over the years and every tech has been more than competent. Stephen was top notch, the best of the best I would say. Nobody likes a service call bill. In this situation, we considered it more than acceptable - not only because we now have cool air at the start of hot weather (41 degrees at the register) but also because the interaction was so pleasant. We will refer Reliable (and specifically Stephen) any chance we get. Obviously we will be calling them, if need be, in the future.
