    We purchased a hot tub from Mike in September of 2023 and he delivered it in November. At the delivery, he said he had the hot tub cover and stairs on order and would deliver them ASAP. After almost a year of bugging him for them and excuse after excuse as to why they were not delivered yet, we posted a scathing review on Mike's Google page. He immediately reached out saying that he would deliver the cover and stairs right away if we would take down the review. He did deliver them and we took down the review. Shortly after that, in November 2024, one of the pumps on the hot tub stopped working under the 2yr warranty. We waited a bit to reach out to Mike about it but let him know at the beginning of 2025. He said that he would come to replace it shortly but never showed up. At the end of April 2025 the second pump started acting up. On April 30 Mike said that he would look at it and service/replace both pumps. He never showed up. Despite dozens of attempts to secure a date to have the pumps replaced, he continues to make excuse after excuse, promise after promise, but he never actually delivers on what he has sold you nor on what he has promised. He always responds to communication, but promises he'll be there "tomorrow" or whenever, and never shows up. We are getting someone else to fix our hot tub. This experience has been so frustrating and disappointing! I hope that this review helps others to avoid these lies and deceit.
