We have filed multiple requests for repair to stone work at the front step on a home that is less than 12 months old and has a one year workmanship guarantee. The home was completed in October 2022 and the incident was originally reported on 2/9/23 with multiple follow ups. We have been told many times that the contractor would contact us to resolve the problem but the contractor has never once contacted us. This has been reported to both the builder and the home warranty company and we have not been able to get it fixed.

Mr ******, I have received confirmation from our stone subcontractor that he will be onsite tomorrow (7/21/23) to address this. It is my understanding that the handrail will be removed and stone repair performed tomorrow, then our railing subcontractor will be onsite Monday (7/24) to reinstall the handrail.

Feel free to contact me directly if anything does not go according to this plan.
