      I purchased my 2024 Honda Accord last year in ******** ** ****. I contacted the sales person (Geri) in regards to a burning smell and was informed that all new cars have that smell. I contacted the service department (Melissa) of brake/rotor issues in ******** ** **** and ******* **** and was ignored. Finally, my vehicle was looked at in ********* ** **** and was told that there was nothing wrong with my brakes nor rotors. There was no video uploaded showing me that my brakes and rotors were indeed looked at. However, a licensed mechanic drove my car and told me to take it back because it should not be sounding like that when I back up. There should not be any scrubbing. I asked for a tire rotation and was lied to and informed that it was done. Finally, after asking 3 times it was initially done. I informed the service department on water entering and the the car holding moisture and have yet to receive an appointment to have those concerns looked at. When I purchased the car, I was informed that I would receive free oil changes up to 120,000 miles or 2 years. I had to pay for my last oil change. I purchased a new car and I am experiencing so many issues that I took my concerns to the dealership only to get ignored. I was informed of a recall on my vehicle and I haven’t received any type of notice from the dealership to schedule a service to have my vehicle checked. I did speak to a gentleman (Mr. Alonzo) who tried to assist me but I'm guessing some things are out of his hands. But on that same day, the dealership tried to put me in another vehicle. I have received the worst luck and worst customer service from Hond Cars of Aiken. It saddens me that they do not car about there customers, well some of them. A brand new vehicle should not be having so many issues!
