    Horrendous experience with Stan he is all talk and no action. His workers are incompetent and wired my building completely wrong when they turn the power on literally nothing worked. Then he tried to charge me $8000 to fix his workers mistakes. No accountability no common sense. No brains

    Steve has decided to leave out the part where he started attacking the people who actually built his project. When things didn’t go his way, he began saying my workers had “no brains” and “no common sense.” That kind of insult toward skilled tradesmen who showed up, did the work, and passed every inspection will not be tolerated.

    And what makes it even worse is the way he talks to people down here, like he’s above everyone. He came in with this condescending outsider attitude, speaking to us like we’re beneath him, talking down to my crew, my wife, and my family as if disrespect is a form of leverage. That mindset might fly in New York where he’s from, but it doesn’t work here. Not with us! Not with my team! Not with my family!

    The building we wired was a full 60x120 commercial metal structure. The entire rough inspection passed. The entire final inspection passed. I personally met with the inspectors multiple times and walked them through the entire install. Everything was approved and functioning exactly the way it should.

    The real problems started after Steve’s spray foam crew buried the electrical system. A standard box is only 4in x 4in. Spray foam is supposed to be a couple inches thick, but his crew sprayed so excessively that the foam extended about six inches past the face of the boxes and completely covered every electrical location. No electrical drawing gives a GPS coordinate telling you the exact position of each box. When a box is buried under half a foot of hardened foam, someone has to dig it out by hand. That takes time. That is labor. That is a standard back charge on any job.

    His spray foam crew also damaged wires while burying them. That added more hours of locating, repairing, and reconfiguring circuits. Every builder understands these costs fall on the insulation contractor. But instead of addressing the damage caused by his own crew, Steve tried to shift the blame onto us and started throwing personal insults to dodge responsibility.

    That’s when he crossed the line. He didn’t just insult the workers. He insulted my wife. He insulted my family. He even mentioned my kids trying to pressure me into absorbing a bill that was a direct result of his own subcontractor’s mistakes. Nobody should ever be spoken to like that.

    His claim that “nothing worked” is just a lack of understanding. As the owner, he sees the lights. If a couple lights don’t turn on before the final tune-up, he assumes everything is dead. That isn’t how electrical systems operate. There are constant hots for outlets. There are switch legs for lights. There are travelers for three-ways. There are multiple conductors in every single box doing different jobs. Once we found the boxes buried under his foam and restored power, everything came online exactly as designed. The entire building was running within a few hours.

    This wasn’t a workmanship problem.
    This wasn’t an electrical problem.
    This was a spray foam disaster that he didn’t want to take responsibility for.

    And instead of handling it like a professional, he attacked me, my crew, and my family and tried to blame everyone except the people who caused the damage.

    That’s the part he’s not telling the public, but that’s the truth.
