    Great product, and shipped fast once ordered. My only complaint was that it took a long time to place the order due to backlogs. In addition, I am eager to order the 3 remaining pieces of the set but am unable because you won’t take orders from pieces without a label even though they are part of the same set.

    We are now beginning limited production of factory OEM replacement canvas and covers, but only if you have the original, BLACK (not White) LASER-PRINTED (not Hand Written) TAGs with the part number (P/N) and date (DT) on your existing canvas or cover. Please check your canvas for one of these two tags: http://RnR-Marine.com/images/Taylor-Made_Ameritex_laser-engraved-boat-canvas-label_150X188dpi.jpg When you find your Black Tag (along edges), please send us 1: Photo showing P/N and DT on the tag, 2: What each piece is and 3) Boat's 12-digit HIN (which is on your papers or on the starboard side of the transom). If you do not have these Black Tags, then unfortunately we cannot manufacture this or quote at this time.

    Ordered a Bimini top for a 2008 18' pontoon boat. Looking at the huge catalog of all the products they make I was concerned that there was no way we could get the correct one. Received the top in just over 30 days from order, much earlier than promised. It's an exact copy of the original top that came with the boat. Great service from Sandy!

    I bought a 1984 Montauk that also came with the Montauk -Shadow. I simply emailed the company to inquire about hardware needed to install the top. Sandy replied to me super fast and helped identify the correct model and sent me exactly what was needed and the best way to get it. As someone who manages a large service desk for the US government, I was extremely impressed with her willingness to help. Sandy is a tremendous asset to RNR Marine, Inc. I plan to use them for future upgrades.
