I purchased a canvas and metal T Top for my boat from RNR Marine on 7/11/24 and paid in full. I understood that it needed to be fabricated and was initially informed it would ship in August 2024. The parts arrived in late December after repeated email inquiries. (RNR Marine does not respond to calls on their customer service line). When the top arrived it was missing a key component, a stabiliser bar that allows you to drive the boat in rough weather. I received an email on 1/7/25 saying the part would ship on 1/8/25. It has not arrived and multiple emails have gone unanswered. I need the part or a refund.Business Response

I ordered a replacement canvas for my boat in Dec 2023. Vendor claims original mfg specs. Rec'd canvas in Jan 2024 and stated then, the cut is short by couple inches and may not fit my boat. And I won't know for certain until I get to my boat. On May 18 (I'm a CPA in public practice) I got to my boat and confirmed the original manufacture replacement canvas is too short. Vendor will not respond to repeated requests since May 18th to assist with resolving the fact I have a $1,200 piece of canvas that is worthless to me.Business Response

Sir,
As you know, we have referred you to the manufacturer, Ameritex, who sent you a UPS shipping label to send the canvas back to the factory. The canvas was received last week (week of 6/3/24) and they are evaluating it against the factory original pattern. They will make adjustments to make it fit, and install the longer zipper that we had sent you a few months back.

I ordered a boat cover from them and got the stripe receipt email for it. I never received the cover or got a refund for it when it didn’t come for months. I tried calling and went straight to voicemail saying that it was full and to email them. When I emailed, I received no reply and kept trying to get a hold of them to no avail.Business Response

Ordered an OEM bimini top and camper top for my boat on September 16, 2023 and my credit card was immediately billed for $3,364.03. RNR Marine sent me an invoice receipt showing payment. It's now two months later and their tracking system shows no record of my order, and I've left numerous emails and phone calls asking for an order status, with no response. This company seems eager to take your money but then goes off the grid. My next step will be to contact my credit card company to file a fraud claim and possibly the Massachusetts state attorney general's office.Business Response

I placed an order for a grab rail support for the topless 2 t top system from this company a year ago They responded some to email. No one ever picks up the phone. Ref RNR-Marine ordr *******. I am sorry for the daly. My wife (CFO) recently passed away and the employee I had who welded these up has left the company as well. If you will give me the dimension between the hole at the bottom of your windscreen and the bottom of the windshield grab rail, I will personally make a set for you. I am sorry for the delay. I have been under a lot of pressure reorganizing my life and business.
