Customer service was excellent!! I would award 4 1/2 stars if I could. Last Friday night about 8 p.m., holiday weekend, response was very timely, and everyone I worked with was quick, courteous, and could not have been nicer. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that the labor was $293, but the new part (cartridge for faucet) was less than $5. Instead of a master's degree in critical care nursing, I should have become a plumber, LOL. Instead of holding patients' lives in my hands, I should have held their toilets captive, LOL. I interacted with Jamie and Josh I think. Both were terrific.Review from Craig C

I simply can't lob enough praise on the two gentleman that assisted us with our problem. Had a clogged sewer line and they cut out section and replaced rescuing a family of five from not being able to use shower, toilet etc. for two days. They were on time, efficient and were two of nicest people we have worked with in quite some time. More people should take a page from their books! Had to call these guys in on a weekend for a backed-up drain system. Unfortunately, we are in an older building with crazy plumbing and the techs were unable to fix the issue the first time. The same tech came out on Monday with a supervisor and was able to find and fix the issue we were experiencing and explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. The tech was friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process and my only regret is not remembering his name so I can properly address him.Review from Kevin B

Had a 2nd toilet added to two commercial bathrooms which required some concrete demo. It was well communicated to RR that being a commercial site with customers in defense, timeliness was critical (a 4 star general was coming to tour the facility). While the plumbing work was fine, evidently the concrete contractor that RR hired to re-pour fell through. We were provided with a wealth of excuses, but no solutions. So, I rented a concrete mixer and poured it myself over the weekend. They quite literally turned their problems into my problem. I can't recommend because of that.

Josh, the service tech who came here was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the potential problems, and how our company would be charged. He went to work, and cleared the drain. Fortunately, there wasn't any unexpected issues.Review from Adrian H

We were experiencing toilet backups in our house that we are recently purchased. I called Roto-Rooter, they offered to come out that evening. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning and they arrived on time. After attempting to snake the lines they quickly identified the problem. This house had an active sceptic tank that had not been declared at the time of the sale of the property and it had not been serviced for 10 years. Rico M***** from Roto Rooter was a life saver. They scheduled a time to come over right away, and he fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Super friendly and efficient.
