    We hired Dylan K******* (DRK Services LLC) to replace and repair our dock in April 2023. He replaced and repaired part of our dock. The braces under the dock were to be repaired/replaced when the lake level was lower in February 2024 timeframe. When he came out to check he then stated we needed to have the ledge/seating braced with metal since it was leaning down. Dylan stated he needed $600 for supplies which we paid him. At that time he gave us an estimate for replacing our fireplace. He stated he would need $1850 to purchase supplies for the fireplace which we paid him April 2024. He has told us multiple times he will come out to repair the dock and start on the fireplace but never shows up. This has been going on for months now. He will not return our phone calls or text messages anymore. The last time we talked with Dylan was 7/28/2024 when he said he would come the next day to work but didn't show up and no response from our many calls and texts.

    My Husband and I moved to Walterboro in August 2023 (****** is disabled) we were referred to Dylan Konarski , in Sept., discussed our projects and we wrote him a check for $9,700 on September 14,2023 we move, 1st project to the back of the house ( He was supposed to purchase doors with that money and install them ?) we purchased the doors and a two to three weeks later in November he in stalled French door and two weeks later he in stalled front door ( did not caulk , insulate or put up trim on these doors The other door I ( ****** Wallace )Installed myself
    On 11/20/2023, Dylan and I discussed the addition for the back porch ( we were originally going to build a ramp on the front of the house, with a small siting area for ******) Dylan said " It was going to be an additional $8,000, I Will need the money to get the supplies, since Lowes took so long getting the other supplies here, I sent the supplies for the front area back .So hesitantly I wrote another check for $8,000 on 11/20/23
    December,14,2023) he showed up to string off the dimensions Of our Back covered porch, Dec,18 2023 he came and put in Two post!!! Dec.20,22,2023 ( Arrives ,generally after 2pm) has approximately spent 20 hrs here since the initial first payment in September 2023
    January 8th he came at 2 in the afternoon placed three post. He met me in front of the house and wanted me to give him an additional $4,200 " i asked him where the $17.000 was? He said " it was at the BULL PEN at LOWES , they hold your materials there" " I did not realize how much it cost me to drive out here, $100 round trip . I expressed to him that is not my problem I am not going to give you any more money. Dylan stated " Well I am going to have to figure things out " The last time we have seen him!!! we have been texting him occasionally he will respond and assures us he will have our deck built by the previous dead line set (February 9th 2024) we have informed him we may be forced to take legal action

    Good morning. 
    Sorry , I took so long responding. He did reach out to us.  We are filling the information for permit and he said he would get a material list a drawings need for that permit!!   We have yet seen any thing.  Said he is going to mail it to them ?
    It was a pleasure talking with you. I cannot apologize for being emotional but I appreciate your compassion and understanding
