5 starsChuck D**** is the best in the business! He installed our fence in 2022 and trained our Bernedoodle the same day. His connection with dogs is really something to see. I did not think our young dog could be trained, but within 30 minutes he had learned several basic commands from Chuck and quickly learned his new perimeter to include the line under the driveway and through a small wooded section in our back yard. In the past 3 years we have had no issues at all, and recently called Chuck back to re-flag the yard and train our new young Cavapoo. Again, he had our little firecracker sitting, laying down, and responding to "back" commands in under 20 minutes. I would STRONGLY recommend Chuck with Dog Guard. Anyone can dig a trench and bury a wire, but if you want excellent training from a pro and a very positive experience for you and your pup, call Chuck first.Review fromLloyd D

The best in the business. Thanks Dog Gaurd. We are so satisfied with the way Chuck and his team informed, showed up, and taught me and the wife. Exceptional with our dogs. I love how he made it easy to understand. You get alot of info thrown at you, but Dog Gaurd makes it a walk in the park. Thank you Dog Gaurd of Greeneville, SC.

5 starsI had a very possitive experience with Dog Guard. We had learned from neighbors that the previous owners of our house, on a busy road, had experienced 5-6 animals killed on the road. We were not even going to consider getting a pet until I knew we could ensure their safety. Dog Guard gave us the confidence we needed. Their product was perfect. Their advice was solid. Their availability and follow up were appreciated. We're 3 years into owning our two labradors and they are safe and sound, happily living within the boundry Chuck installed. 5 starsOur experience with Dog Guard was absolutely outstanding. Greatest customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Chuck and his helper even came out to our house on a holiday, met with us to discuss the options and how it would work, then proceeded to tell us they could be done by noon. And they were not only done by noon, but they did a very neat and clean job, exactly how we discussed, cleaned up well and all systems working since! Chuck took more time than expected training us in not only how to get our dog acclimated to the new fence, but also on the psychology of how and why the fence works and how we can best train our dog. It was extremely helpful. Price was more than fair and competitive. Good-old-fashioned great service, plain and simple. Couldn’t recommend more highly. 5 starsGreat customer service and really support their product even after couple years following original purchase. We’ve had a few special issues with our dogs chewing wires and one incident of them biting the other ones receiver and breaking it. They’ve always been fast and helpful to help keep our pets safe. I had them come out and install the fence around my chain link fence. They was good came out done an estimate and Linda answered every question I had that day and told me what to expect and she was very knowledgeable, and than before the week was up they came back out and had it done. Chuck walked around with my dog Shadow and had him train to the fence that day. He is very good with dogs and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to keep their dog in theirs yard safely you guys was a life saver and anyone looking for a great business to keep your dogs safe and train these guys are that businessDog Guard Out of Sight Fencing

If I could leave a 0 I would... put the down payment down then my appointment was the end of the following week. Chuck [owner/installer] came out asked questions and found out how and where we wanted it ran. Knocked on the door 5 time within 10 mins asking for weedeater, gas, etc. That was fine we provided everything he asked for. When he found out we own a pit bull and that he is very protective he told my husband we needed to get rid of him then he got in his truck and left. They say they will refund my $ but we will see. Chuck was looking for a reason not to do the job from the get go bc our land is kinda woody and the line would have had to go through the woods. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Hello, this is Chuck Dubis with Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing. I am sorry to learn that you had a negative experience with our company. We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction. We are Accredited Members of the Better Bus Bureau and have been for many years. We are highly rated with *************. We have 5 star ratings with both of these organizations. Also, I have dog training certifications with 2 dog training schools and I have trained over 4,500 dogs of all sizes, including *** ****** since I have been in business. I would like to clarify some of the points made in your review. When I arrived at your home, I found that the area to be wired was heavily overgrown with thick brush, including briars. I explained I did not come prepared for the amount of clearing that would be necessary to clear a path for our eqp to install the wire. I did ask if you had a weed eater. You replied yes and you were going to allow us to use. Later, I noticed there was a small amount of gas and oil mixture, so I asked if you had any additional oil and gas mixture and you replied no. My initial conversation was between the man and lady of the house. The second conversation I had was with the man of the house only, and it lasted for approximately 20 minutes. During this conversation, I learned additional information about your dogs and nearby neighbors. The information I learned from these 2 separate conversations made me feel very uncomfortable in proceeding with the installation of the system and training. My decision was primarily based on information I learned about the pets to be contained. It is my responsibility to make decisions which benefit all parties. This includes our company and employees, our clients, as well as the community and people who live in the community.Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing

This is a continuation of the response from Chuck D**** with Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing. I would like to add that we submitted the full down payment refund request with our payment processor, ******, within several hours for processing the same day. It was handled the same way it was originally submitted, through our payment processor, ******. All of the customer credit/debit cards we handle are processed using ****** as the payment processor. We have no control over when the card issuer actually shows the refund deposit time in a customer's account, as those are handled by the company issuing the credit/debit card. If you are looking for funds to be posted back in a checking account and it is the weekend, we would recommend calling your card issuer or checking with your bank on the next business day, normally a Monday for most banks. We have sent you our ****** Transaction details showing your refund from us dated July 14, 2023.
