    "I went to cancel my service contract and I was told it takes 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks nothing so I contacted the contract company and was told contract still active, so I went back to jim Hudson and was told paperwork probably got misplaced because of change of personnel, so they resubmit the paperwork again and told me again 6 to 8 weeks." ...     "3 trips within 6 weeks, when on the 1st visit, all the problems that happened afterward should have been caught at first. On March 18, I had an oil change service check,I didn't receive the video from the shop, and I was back on April 2 to have the brakes flush but instead I was sent the video showing things that was going on that need to be replace that should have been caught during the oil change visit but the guy that did the oil change was leaving for another job and didn't do a complete service." ...
