    12/30/2024 I brought my Accord 2010 to Meineke, I saw leaking oil top and bottom engine pan. The district manager (Matt or Mark) inspected and told me my car needed to do fluid test detection $205 us dollars, replaced the bottom oil pan gasket 505, replaced oil drain nut, oil change 109. I paid total $830.85 us dollars. After the work is done. I asked the manager Christopher J****** what caused the leaking oil on top. He told me The belt was kicking the leaking oil at the bottom to top. 1/10/25 I went under my car. I saw the leaking oil. I brought the car back. Christopher told me he used the UV light to look for the oil leak. He told me leaking the power steering oil. He quote 1196.96. I spent 6 dollars replaced the 8" hose. it fixed the power steering oil. I still saw the leaking oil the. I went under the car to investigate. I saw the leaking oil near head gasket to bottom engine pan. The mechanic did not do the fluid leak detection at the first time. He fixed the wrong thing. I attached oil leak photo top and bottom passenger side. I need the refund. Thanks,

    I am rejecting this response because: on January 10, 2025, I gave the manager a second chance to look at the car. He still did not do the fluid leak detection on engine oil.  For that reason, he did not see the oil /leak with his UV light. In addition, I did more research on review. This place had several bad reviews on google. I would not bring my car back. I need a refund. Thank you,

    AS the district manager, I want to resolve this. we are asking you to return to the shop so we can see exactly is going on. Multiple leaks may be occuring and we are attemting to make this right. You have a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on our repairs!
