              The salesman promised a $1000 rebate and that it could take up to 6 months after installation to receive it. I’ve called month after month inquiring about my rebate and I’m told every month “it’s processing”. The lenders are paying empwr, their employees are paid, their utilities are paid but not the guy who just went $45,000 in debt for this solar system. We are in month number 11 since installation and still no rebate check. I also get told over the phone that customer service will talk to their manager and call me back with more info. That also never happens. I pay my debts. I wish you guys would to.

              This is a terrible system, I want someone to contact me right away and get these panels off my house!!!! I'm paying both the electric company and this company the same dollar amount...that's ridiculous also the contact numbers are no longer in service. Please don't waste your time with this company!

              Mr. N*****, We are real sorry to see that your experience has not been as expected. We did have a number change when we switched our phone service but the new number is listed on our website. After looking over the notes concerning your system, it looks like you had a power surge which affected your system. We have worked with you and communicated with you on an ongoing basis and have arranged services to be provided to your system through Generac which is who your warranty is through. I am sorry you have had these issues but we have done everything in our power to accommodate you. We even paid for an outside vendor to service your system. We have continuously worked as your advocate with Generac to have service provided when needed. We will still be here to support you.
