1 starHi ******** been over 2 months and we are without heating in **** Apartment in *********, **.There seems to be no solution to the issue and we get apology emails while we face winter without heating. 1 starThis is the worst property management I rented from. We stayed at The Oxford Apartments in *******, **. Back when we were living in the apartments the hot water heater was leaking inside of our apartment from upstairs. We had had carpet in the hallway so the carpet mildewed and start to mold. The people who had it before pulled it out and now Greystar trying to charge my husband ***** and something for the carpet. They haven't gotten in touch with us or anything. They just reported to collections. Since they want to report us to credit collection. I can show them pictures they had us staying in mold. If you like for us to show you pictures please let me know. 1 starVery irresponsible and bad management service. I've applied to ****** apartment managed by Greystar in November 2022 to move in January 2023 and got approved. Then in December they call me I cannot move in because all elevators were down for the entire January. They said they can cancel my application and refund me the application fee, security deposit and administrative fee. After that, I've called many times and each time they are only able to say it will proceed and I will receive it in 6-8 weeks. However, it's been 3 months now, and I've received nothing. Nobody is aware of this issue and nobody calls back after leaving my phone number. Very very terrible experience.Review fromMolly T

1 starI wish I could give no stars. Avoid renting from Greystar at all costs. They are unethical and dont follow the law. Trust reviews that highlight problems with their management and properties. I have a thread of 20 emails trying to get my illegally late security deposit back. The Enso gives me the runaround. They entered my address incorrectly. No apology for their error. I still have no faith *** receive my deposit without contacting the state and/or media. The staff will make time to respond to public-facing reviews, but they wont respond to you. They have no service skills. Greystar will give you $20 back (if you can **** them down - Im supposed to get $20 some day) of your $400 deposit, even though you left the apartment clean and in good condition. They charge $175 for cleaning, even though the OR Bar website indicates thats illegal. They charge $65 for carpet cleaning, even though you lived there for 3 years and would hope they could give the next tenant new carpet. They wont account for interest earned on the deposit, either. I moved out in early January. Its mid-March and I dont have the deposit that should have legally been in hand within 31 days. Avoid Greystar at all costs. Dont believe any phony responses their staff adds to reviews. They care about making the sale and then treating customers poorly. Their responses are worthless. I never write reviews, but this place makes you feel so gross that you want to protect other people. Save your sanity and your money. Also, with the Enso, expect to see homeless people pull their pants down and defecate in front of you right outside the building. Also, when the secure door is smashed out, they wont replace it. 1 starGreystar Property Management allowed a manager to wrongfully terminate my employment because I am a African ******** male. Despite having known of this wrongful termination due to the color of my skin *************** choice to do nothing. I am outraged, humiliated and embarrased that racism still exist in this day and age. I have made several request to have this matter investigated but to no avail or assistance by anyone at Greystar.Unfortunately for us all, it has primarily been the dead Black male body that drives our understandings of racism against Black men in *****************.Yet racism stalks me every day of my life, dehumanizing me, decreasing my quality of life and even shortening our lives; Black men live, on average, four fewer years than white men. Efforts to escape racisms effects, such as gaining education and earning more money, forces us to question our own self-worth.A company as large as Greystar Property Management is that would allow this continued treatment of discrimination on any level is illegal and someone needs to step in to prevent this from happening to someone else. 1 starI have lived in my apartment for 6 years and never had an issue till this company took over. They raised my rent by $200, assigned parking costs all of a sudden that are not listed in my lease. They say the previous management lost all the paperwork stating my rent and that my Apt was lower in rent due to never being renovated. There are roaches, tons of noise and they refuse to talk to you when you go into the office. They don't answer emails. I was without heat for over a week in -10 degree weather. They are rude and unprofessional. There's constantly ice on the steps and walkways. Myself and others have fallen countless times trying to get to the parking lot. They use threats in their notices for inspections of either penalty fees or violations. I'm partially disabled and have a disabled daughter living with me, they do not accommodate people with disabilities and violate the *** constantly. I am being forced to pay high rent till I can move next year because they never sent a notice to me of the rent change till I contacted them 60 days prior to my lease ending. They are scam artists that want to kick out the poorer tenants to charge 1500$ for a 500 square foot 1 bedroom. They need to be put out of business.Review fromR. H.

1 starEl complejo ****************** ubicado en en ************************************************************************************ tiene una Mala Administracin que ha destruido las instalaciones por completo e incluso ********** a personas con apariencia de dudosa procedencia, La basura en mi jardn ha sido un problema constante y mis solicitudes de solucin han sido ignoradas. El ruido ocasionado por mi vecino del edificio 9 ********, es insoportable durante el da y la noche, y los sonidos no son normales, lo que genera sospechas. Mi garaje privado ha sido violado sin respetar mi privacidad, con obstculos constantes para entrar y salir. La salud de mi familia y la ma se han visto afectadas fsica y psicolgicamente debido al agotamiento de no poder dormir, lo que ha afectado mi rendimiento laboral. ****, **************************************** veces que personas drogadas y adolescentes sospechosos entraron en el edificio 9, que he informado a la administracin del complejo ***************************** cuya Manager se llama *****************, pero no se han tomado medidas para resolver la situacin. Se produjo un robo dentro del apartamento **** de mi vecina en el edificio 9, lo que me hace temer por la seguridad de mi familia. Por estas razones, siento la necesidad de escalar este caso y presentar una queja formal ante la polica para solicitar un nmero de caso e investigacin. Adems, proceder a rescindir el contrato, ya que no puedo residir en una *****************, especialmente porque tengo un nio de un ao cuya salud se ha visto afectada por esta situacin. Hoy llame a la polica para notificar actitudes sospechosas y abrir un caso de denuncia EL CUAL YA ASIGNARON UN # INVESTIGACION a personas con comportamiento inapropiado dentro del edificio 9, tengo 4 aos viviendo y jamas me haba visto afectado por una administracin que meti delincuentes a vivir en los complejos, robos a apartamentos drogas y prostitucin son las principales causas de mi incomodidad. I just posted a ******* vid from February 18th, 2023, that depicts what it is like living here, "******************** ********** ****************** Dealing with Angry Customers - *************** **" -insanity.Just check out that vid, and also note that now, Feb 20th, 11:am, still no reply from the property owners, Greystar (who have a BBB rating of ONE STAR). This morning I spoke with the property manager, and she claims to have left me a voice message this morning, but I received none. She is supposed to have one of her Greystar supervisors call me, which is what I originally requested, but they ignored it, of course.Take a look at how their rep at Red Canyon tells me "Why?" when I ask her to help me have the belligerent resident stop yelling curse words at me, to stop trying to humiliate me, to stop threatening me with his arms waving at me -this after the Red Canyon rep is talking in circles while I have recorded asking for her help. See how I was in this awful level of anxiety, pain and frustration walking out of that building in that video I posted. How do you improve that which is not meant to be improved?
