    I utilized NoFlex Moving around July 18th, 2025 for loading of my household goods for an out-of-state move.

    NoFlex was late to our scheduled move. As a result, the workers sent cut corners when moving our possessions. Items were slid down staircases and thrown haphazardly into the moving vehicle. Items were improperly stacked, such as outdoor furniture tossed on top of white indoor furniture. Computer monitors were stacked under weight benches and other heavy items. No care was taken at all in the load. Workers were rushing because we were the last job of the day and they showed up so late that their arrival time was the time they would have been originally scheduled to leave. The workers were not professionals in my eyes, leaving many unpacked items in our home and trying to leave without finishing the job.

    Further, our grill was loaded onto the truck with the propane tank still attached. Items were stacked on the grill, leading to a propane line being bent and a propane leak in the back of the truck which wasn’t discovered until arrival at destination - putting my life as well as others on the road in danger.

    The owner, Marc, reached out after my review and said he would personally handle the situation to ensure we were taken care of, plus talk with employees about endangering patrons. He asked that I get him a list of the damaged items and their replacement cost.

    I sent Marc a list of a few items totaling about $3,650. These items were some of the larger ticket items, but I estimate there was more than $4,500 on total damages, including damages to the walls in our home from the items being mishandled during the move.

    Since saying he would work with us on replacing items or getting insurance compensation, Marc has stopped responding. Both my wife and I have reached out multiple times and Marc has been silent. It has become clear that Marc does not stand by his word to work with us on a compensation for damages clearly caused by his workers’ negligence.

    I paid $875.63 for moving services to NoFlex Moving and Logistics on May 6, 2025. (See receipt - it states it was paid on May 7th because it was after 1 a.m.) The manager Durocher M******* and owner Marc H******* told me if I paid before the work was completed that there would not be additional charges the next day (except for boxes). However, the next day they charged an additional $807.69 that I did not agree upon. Also, owner Marc H******* had told me he would only charge me 50 cents per box, and I only used 5-10 of their boxes because I had plenty of supplies of my own. However, they ended up charging me $291.87 for supplies, including 32 boxes, which I did not use (see receipt). 10 boxes at .50 each is $5.00, not $291.87. They also over-charged me on May 6th because most the time they were there on May 6th they were on their phones or sitting in their truck or eating. My friend and I ended up doing most of the work that I had hired them to do. They also damaged my furniture, which they did not pay for. I am requesting BBB to arrange at least a refund for the $807.69 paid on May 7th because I was promised if I paid the $875.63 on May 6th that there would not be additional charges the next day when they finished the job.

What is the next step? When will my review be posted on BBB regardless of them responding or refunding the money?
