    I left my 2016 ***** Silverado to have the transmission rebuilt on July 18, 2025. At that time, I paid a down payment of $3,100.00. My truck was returned to me supposedly fixed on August 12, 2025, at which point I paid the remaining balance of $1,100.00. Two days later, my check engine light came on, and my transmission was in worse condition than when I initially dropped it off. I had the truck towed back to his place of business on August 15th, 2025. Since then, he has claimed that the parts necessary to fix the truck have been on back order. On October 30, 2025, I received an update that the missing parts were finally in. Since then, I have gotten promises every week that he is working on the vehicle and that it would be finished by the end of the week. It is now November 17th, 2025, and I still keep getting the same promises and no results.

    Hello, my name is *** Cabrera. I'm talking to you about the complaint ******** of a customer. ******* ****** brought a 2016 ***** Silverado with a problem in the Transmission. We recommend a rebuilt transmission in the processor to work. We discovered parts of the transmission were totally destroyed and we decided to order the parts at the manufacturer but 2 parts are in back order. There is no other supply that you have the part for us to be able to give a good job and a good warranty. We can only use original parts. We regret the delay but when it is in back order the time is not In our hands we would like to solve this inconvenience as soon as possible. Thanks a lot
