              I purchased a tankless water heater and installed in march..ugi gives a 400 dollar rebate for this kind of purchase...its now gonna be September and still ugi through they're rebate company keeps asking for invoices and model number of the heater which I supplied many times through mail and email...also invited a representative from the company to enter my home and see the actual unit

              Our gas was shut off for not making a payment by the due date. Hey who isn't late on their bills nowadays. anyways our gas was shut off for non payment. I made two payments but they still need the full amount past due to have gas turned on. They told me to contact the PUC. I did but they just made things worse. They said to apply to these programs. Well unfortunately we make to much. Believe that. They said being that we had two prior payment arraignments they would not do another one. Was I late. Yes I admit that but this is over course of years we had arraignments. Not months. I keep getting letters in the mail and notes on our door to call and set up a arraignment with them before it gets to cold. Well it's to late for that and I call like it says and they said it won't be turned on until the full mount due is payed. So much for working with the customer. Boy I can't wait until people in that company fall on hard times and have to deal with this.
