    Sherman ******** offers coal delivery with drivers they contract. Contracted driver brought us NOT rice coal which was requested. Coal is ***** but bigger than ***** Immediately upon using this coal delivery, sulfur smell noted off and on. Sunday 10/5 ** monitor went off requiring FD to ventilate the home. Paid $500 for on call HVAC to come check furnace/******/chimney. No issue. Coal company and delivery driver contacted. Coal was going to be tested. Heat was turned off until answer. No answers Monday. Tuesday coal delivery man asked if we heard anything. No we did not. Called the company, they said it was not their fault and only the drivers fault and we need to contact him. Phone tag between business and delivery man. Still no answer and heat off. No one giving a solution. Heat turned on Wednesday due to cold temperatures. *********** monitor went off again. Company and delivery man contacted. Have to leave voicemails because they do not answer the phone. Delivery man said we could get a screen. Told him to contact my husband and he did not. Screen will not work per coal company after they called back because pieces are too big. Was told we could get coal removed and new coal. They claimed there is no way to get it out. We spent $1k on 4 tons of coal now useless and winter is coming. We have small kids. I cannot live in a house with ** and unusable coal. No solutions being offered. Please help. Requesting refund, new coal delivery, and UNUSABLE coal to be removed by the business.
