Just bought a home and it had been serviced previously by RJ Groner, so we went with them. We had them come in to service the **** system and install a new thermostat. They were incredibly thorough and explained everything they were doing. We were very satisfied.R J Groner, Inc.

R J Groner- All of the people that I have had contact with are very personable. They want to make sure you have a pleasant experience and are happy with their work. I have a geothermal unit and my thermostat would state service needed and panel would turn red. This happened several times but was able to get out of it. Called this morning and was given an after hours appointment. Received call from **** and asked could they come now since someone was already in area. ******* came and showed how we could see error code. He fixed the issue and since he was coming during business hours, he charged regular rate as opposed to rate I was quoted. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be. Only thing I didnt understand was when making appointment, I mentioned coupon that was on website. The girl didnt seem to know about coupon and stated that I had to print to give to technician. I dont know why the girl didnt know about coupon and I had to print for technician. I would think showing technician would suffice. Its not a big deal but just a little bit of inconvenience.R J Groner, Inc.
