    I went to this business to get the chrome on my car wrapped on January 30, 2023. I paid them $1,100. I noticed 3 months later that every single part of my car that they wrapped was coming off. I got in contact with them and took my car back for them to redo it considering they give out a warranty that is good for a year. Following that I had to take my car back again for the third time for them to fix it. I was given my car back after 4 days just to find out they did not listen to me and only fixed two mirrors and half a door handle when I asked them to redo everything. This last time it still is not done correctly. They also broke my mirror caps and tried gluing it but did not do a good job. They also did not tell me that this happened. I asked for a refund and they denied saying it has been too long. But have yet to show me that they know what they are doing when it comes to wrapping cars professionally. This third time of them doing my car it still is done extremely poorly. On their ****** reviews they don’t have good reviews and the owner attacks the person instead of resolving the issue. The second time i took my car back to the shop for them to fix the wrap they had my car for four days and when I drove by the shop my car was still sitting in the same place i left it a day after my appointment.

    ****** ****** received a blackout wrap on some chrome accents on her Jeep. When she originally brought the **** in it was extremely dirty. We explained to her that once the work was done, she must keep the vehicle clean, so the application didn't fail. We also explained that she must hand wash the vehicle and not wash via drive through car washes. She brought it back twice for repairs and both times it was showing failing recess areas from dirt and from not maintaining (washing/cleaning). We also have done other work for her that she was happy with. We will not be offering a refund as it's the client's fault for not proper care. We do these applications daily and many on the same exact vehicle with zero issues.

    When the vehicle came back to repair, we even took it upon ourselves to paint the trim rings instead of wrapping for better adhesion which was not part of the original quote. The last time we spoke was about the mirrors and there wasn't a single comment or complaint mentioned about the rest of the work we completed. She agreed that we would order new and replace mirror caps only. After that agreement was made we received this BBB letter and now we are at a stand still.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Both times that I took my car back to get redone I was not satisfied with the work. The first time I took it back I provided pictures of everything that needed to be done. I got my car back to realize that only some parts were redone not everything. After the second time of getting it redone it still does not look good. As well as my mirror caps being broken and was never informed. The way that I was given my car back, the wrap won’t last very long considering it is already coming off for the third time. I have emails stating how unhappy I have been throughout this entire experience.
