  I have been trying to get a partial refund for services i haven’t received and can’t get a call back. I went here to feel better and help get my pain and inflammation under control. I was told (as advertised on the website and their spot on KDKA) that I would have a PERSONALIZED meal plan and sustainable lifestyle. I am not overweight and am very physically active. Dr. D***** was aware of this. I was pushed (like a used car salesman) into the program with the promise of help to get my issues under control. I was given a diet of 800-1000 calories- a starvation diet which is exactly what I said I didn’t want and it still wasn’t personalized. My “coach” was not a coach and has nothing personalized for me or my body. I reached out and was offered to upping my calories to 1200 a day with still a suggested, like everyone gets, meal plan that is emailed to everyone on the program. Still a starvation diet! This is not healthy! Not personalized as I was told and advertised. I called back for my money for the IVs I’ve NEVER had and told I can’t get a refund. I was told that nothing is mixed until the day you show up so how can I not get my $500 back let alone the rest of the $1400 spent on exactly the opposite of what i was looking for??? Snake oil salesmen is all this place is. No medial help just more fads and supplements. Oh and I forgot I was told the injectable was a fat burner…. It’s human growth hormone! I was not told this at all! I told Dr. D***** that I didn’t not want to take any hormones that could mess with my body more and what do I get?!?!? I am beyond upset and so not want any one else duped the way I was. This is increased my anxiety and depression (that the doctor was made aware of before we started) to almost debilitating levels.

  To Whom It May Concern:

  The issues/concerns of this patient were not immediately known to the head manager of the office. Once this reached the head manager, she scheduled to speak with the patient and did speak with her on the phone - the issue was resolved and the patient was very happy and thankful. The head manager spoke with the patient to better understand the circumstances surrounding her situation so that it could be handled appropriately internally and also so that we could better explain to the patient what it is that we do here at our practice, as she misunderstood what it is that we do. A full refund was issued to the patient on May 16th and the patient was happy with how the issue was resolved.
