I picked up my car after it was in rich auto’s possession since 5/11/2022 for repairs on 6/17/22.However on 6/21 the car over heated and had to be towed back to Rich Auto shop on 6/22/22. Dave a representative of Rich auto claimed the car overheating was damage from the accident repairs. However my insurance company damage adjuster confirmed the rich auto was responsible for the additional damage repair because the cooling wiring and hosing was damaged during repairs by one of rich auto shop mechanics. Our car was in their possession for repairs again from TWO MONTHS, 6/22/22 through 8/25/22The shop was closed for the entire month of July 2022. My husband couldn’t get in contact with anyone. There was no one available to speak with. And Dave was not responding to text or phone calls. My car was also burglarized on their property and the passenger front window was broken. They did not call the police or report it to their insurance. Due to their unprofessionalism and negligence of my vehicle, I had to pay for a rental car and other means of transportation from 6/22/2022 through 8/24/22. This was a inconvenience for my family, not having access to our car created additional expenses that were a direct result of Rich Auto Sales not repairing my car correctly and in timely manner. I would like a billing adjustment to the credit card transaction dated 6/17/22 payment in the amount $1500.00.
