While this company MIGHT be out of business now (I still see vans and movement in the parking lot), if you engage them, be very sure YOU know what the Code requires and what your repair requires.
I had them install a roof 7 years ago. It specified ice and water dams would be installed and they were, but the eaves drip, which is a Code requirement was not installed, and a proper seam vent was not installed such that moisture built up and is now causing the boards that make up my roof sheeting to shatter (moisture gets into the board and then it freezes or contracts and the board literally breaks). I now am facing the expense of repair and replacement of a roof that isn't even 7 yrs old.
Don't use THEM and don't use anyone who doesn't build or repair to CODE.
