    We have had work done to our house for what it feels like the last year. We went with McGonigle builders as they had a strong online rating and were spoke very highly of. Intially the work seemed to be going well however as additional charges came up during construction we set up a meeting with ****, the owner, to discuss. They did walk throughs and told us wed have to pay for THEIR oversights. After discussing and him reassuring us of the work and charges it seems like the construction took a turn for the worse. Everything went down hill from there from communication to the work itself. We paid a lot of money for this job however most of it was done very poorly. On top of that we have never been asked what we thought of the job or how things are going. Its in and out and pay asap. There have been multiple times I have tried to contact the business with zero response and again, what we are dealing with now. The admin of the office once asked me to  E-Mail her personal E-Mail as she claimed she wasn’t getting any of my messages however once a payment was due the E-Mail all of a sudden worked. I recently contacted the owner again to no response and followed up with E-Mail with no response. Pictures attached are proof showing the work was done in poor fashion. Flooring is seperating, the toilet isn’t where we want however we’d have to pay to fix, the tub is backwards, the pump in the garage isn’t covered, the baseboard is seperating, the frame to the master bedroom is cracking and paint is chipping, the paint job is horrendous and you can see cracks and marks all over, our office door doesn’t shut because the lock isn’t lined up and the NEW ac unit wasn’t balanced so the temperature in all rooms is drastically different. Also our attic door hangs down now because as they went up and it down it messed up the hinges. Poor work with no follow up. Again, we paid a lot of money but please see the pictures to see what we see.
