A definite danger for 94 year old mother.I also have a bagster on my sidewalk that has been there for months and is a hazard when I have to take her out, she can/t get her ****** around it to get to my car. Tried to get them to finish up, but he said they would not set a date to return unless I paid him another payment which was not to be paid until the job was finished. My last contact was june 13th He said we can figure it out, STiILL WAITING
