Weber Property Services charges for things they didn't do, bills for things you already had, refuses to give a detailed invoice of services performed, then talks down to you if you ask any questions. **** gave me a generic invoice and demand payment on the spot without giving me a chance to review the invoice. I've asked for over 4 weeks for a detailed invoice and all I got were meaningless emails with insults and lies.- He charged me for 16 footers when in fact he only had to do 4, the other ones were already there... then refused to give me credit for the 12 he didn't do.- He charged me for electrical wire I already had then said it wasn't enough then said it wasn't up to code... so which was it??- He charged me for railroad ties I already had then said I didn't have enough which was not true, I have picture proof. These are just some examples of what he did.

    1. Charges declared in each invoice tendered to the customer are for work completed and discussed in the milestone reports with the customer.

    2. Items and materials provided by the customer were used, however, if those items or materials were found to be inadequate additional or replacement materials were provided.

    3. All discussions with the customer were based on facts and could be physically reviewed by the customer on the work site.

    4. Invoices provided described the work completed and reflected the same information as the milestone reports discussed with the customer.

    5. Terms for payment are outlined in the original estimate and invoices tendered.  No demand for payment was issued.  Payment in full is required for the original scope of work completed prior to proceeding with additional or extra work.

    6. Sixteen (16) footers were never discussed with the customer.  Four (4) footers were completed and invoiced.

    7. Electrical wire provided by the customer was not of adequate length to complete the required service connection.

    8. Materials provided by the customer were used to the extent possible.  If materials were found inadequate or of poor quality, additional or replacement materials were provided to complete the scope of work requested by the customer.

    9. ********* reports were provided to the customer.  The reports included work performed and costs to date.  At the conclusion of each report, authorization to proceed with the next portion of the work was requested and granted by the customer.  Should conditions change in the scope of work, those conditions were discussed and proposed revised costs estimates were provided to the customer for consideration and authorization.  At all times, the site was available for review by the customer, questions about the work could have been presented, and answers provided.
