    I have or had a contract with Red Barn Consulting for waste water permits, this is a 5 phase program. In January or beginning of February 2024 the engineer was out to check the excavation that was done on my property. In February, 2024 I received a billing invoice from ******** for Phase 5 As-built ********************** of Termination, Technician mileage and Office Blueprints for a sum of $3,669.75, which was paid. Beginning of July, 2025 I received another billing invoice for a building that was not in the original plans. Information was needed by ******************* for water run off of that building. The primary concern for this invoice was the cost of documents generated in house $2317.50. I contacted Red Barn, talked to ***** as to why the amount was considerably high for in house work done. This invoice was almost as much as when the engineer came out? ***** did not directly answer my questions about the invoice cost, only e-mailed copies of the documents requested by the *******************. The invoice description stated the charges were for Stormwater analysis for additional manure storage and as-built plan & not documents, Auto ADD Technician and Principal Engineer. Then at the beginning of August,2025 I received another billing invoice in the amount of $510.00 from Material Matters for 2025 Civil Engineering Technician, 2024 As-built and not Documents. ************** merged with ****************. Called ***** at ******** as to why I was receiving another billing invoice and was told it was missed on the previous billing cycle. I then reached out to Material Matters, since this inv. was sent from. Left voicemail messages with ******* as to the reason of my business and was never able to directly talk to her or anybody from Material Matters. ******* apparently reached out to ***** at ******** to contact me. My primary concern, is the fact that I was to be finalized with Phase 5 billing inv. in 2024and the other invoices in 2025 are questionable/inflated

    ***** from Red Barn Consulting did send an email with there version of an answer to my complaint. However, the company still did not address the true nature of my complaint or make any resolve. ***** also wanted me to withdraw the complaint to BBB.
