Love the one-on-one customer service Hibu provides, our rep. Patrick Hebert is always available to answer our questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond to make sure our ad campaigns are working for us.

I have to say after almost a year of dealing with them , I am completely disappointed. They did great job on the website but fell way short on delivering results on to bring leads in . This is nothing against my sales rep this about the team marketing team making any suggestions on content ne land driving traffic as well as making suggestions on keeping people on the site . Thats not my job thar’s there’s. What good ia a pretty site with not even 1 call a month. Again digitqal marketing is not my job. It felt like they set it and forgot about it ! We are sorry that you are unhappy with the results of your advertising. Calls are not something that we can promise. There have been over a dozen optimizations done to your products. Typical results for a Social program with a Traffic objective are 45-70 clicks for a budget of $249-$498. Your budget was $250. In the last 30 days, you have had 130 clicks and 8674 impressions. The number far exceeded the typical results. The Search program is a budget-based program that is based on keyword spend. The budget is only used when someone clicks on ads based on a keyword search. The keywords were valid. Your Listings error rate went from 100% to 7%. Over the last 30 days, your website had 288 visits, 502 page views, and 5 engagements.
