    We paid tens of thousands of dollars cash, up front for a project that was done without merit or care for our community. ********************* told us our yard would look the same as when he left it. Instead, there were holes and we had to replant the grass. He also stated he would NOT use our neighbors driveway. He permanently marked up her newly asphalt drive. The project we paid for was never complete, its a leaning dangerous retaining wall that we now have to pay someone else to fix. We need a fence and still cannot address this as ***** has lied to us about not being able to address our concerns. His workers arrived intoxicated to our job site to the point where our neighbors, even those we had never seen, started coming outside to complain. I now have to take him to court which is just something I dont have time for but it must be done. Also, please research him better than we did; hes got an extensive criminal history, which we didnt learn about until it was too late.
