everyone i worked with when ordering was so lovely, delivery was perfectly timed and exactly as stated. my dad was thrilled with the delivery guys work ethic and personalities—he literally said “i would be thrilled to have any of those guys as a son or son-in-law they were amazing people” 13/10 experience and would recommend to anyone who needs a tent for an event.

Our Wedding was on 10/1/2022. The weather was iffy because of Hurricane Ian moving northward. We had some major last minute changes with our 60 X40 Tent location and specifications. The staff was VERY professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Louise and Marlene were especially kind and helpful. The private venue for the wedding was a wording Farm and owners had very special and specific requirements with the regard to the Tent set up and removal. The crew did a good job with accommodating our needs and communication. They are a full service provider and I would definitely use this organization again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Second time using Tents for Rent. Just like the first time…it was flawless. Setup and take down were fast and professional. We were very happy with the tent, tables, chairs, linens and lights. Absolutely would recommend their services!

We rented a large tent, chairs and dance floor from Tents For Rent for our backyard wedding at the end of May and was very pleased overall with our experience. Not only was the price the most reasonable of all the quotes we got (even though they’re more than an hour away from our house), the service was prompt and very helpful leading up to the event. The delivery/setup process of the high-quality rental items was quick and easy from a professional crew who only took a couple hours for a large job, and teardown was completed without incident while we were on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a tent etc. rental for their special event.

Rented a 30x50 tent for my birthday party and had a great experience with Tents for Rent. Louise was very helpful and kind to me. The guys were very professional while setting up and removing all equipment. They were able to supply me with all of my other rental needs (tables, chairs, dance floor, lights and linen). I've already recommended them to friends. Will definitely use again.

This Issue/Review is about the Tents for Rents deposit policy. I feel it was not explained correctly and was given to me in a passing comment without anyone presenting the actual consequence of canceling an order. Like most consumers, I didn't read every line in the contract which was a costly error. I was planning an event that could not come together, pushing me to cancel my $1,600 tent order. Most of this interaction was done via email, with one visit months after the initial deposit in the late summer of 2021. I was demanded I make a 25% deposit on the order. When I arrived to make the deposit, we had a small conversation about the deposit and I understood the policy as Tent for Rents would keep 25% of your deposit if you cancel the order, which was fine at the time but still anti-consumer since the event was 7 to 8 months away. In canceling my request on December 15, 2021, Tents for Rents explained to me and, of course, directed to the contract that Tent for Rents keep 25% of the entire contract amount even if you cancel five months ahead of the event, which I think is incredibly greedy. I work in a customer-facing industry, and I couldn't imagine taking $500 from someone for seven emails and one 15 minute drive to see the property. I'm saddened they approached this interaction this way and Tents for Rents has no desire to compromise. Please be careful how much money you put down and be prepared to lose most or all of it

Had a great experience with Tents For Rent. We had to reschedule our event due to the lock down early on in the pandemic and they were very accommodating. They worked with us to make sure we ordered the best size tent and accessories for the selected area and number of people. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Our event was lovely and our guests made many comments on how great everything looked. I would highly recommend using Tents For Rent.
