  "They running scam on people,just recently I bid on couple electric items,I purchased insurance knowing often that items are not in working condition,I return them they reimburse me but minus insurance and minus mac bid REMOVEDthey know that both items are in non working condition,but anyway they put them back on auction,so who knows how many times they put same returned items back on auction,but every time they keep insurance if you add plus there fees,scam.Just few days ago they had REMOVEDphone ,I was highest bidder ( description was good working condition in demo mode),so long story short was not in demo mode,that was factory maid to be demo phone,never to be in service,I called REMOVEDand REMOVED,got same answer that phone should never be offered for public sale, they know that but anyway they put on auction." ...   "Make sure you sit down and fully open EVERY SINGLE ITEM before leaving the warehouse, even for seemingly undamaged/unopened boxes. There's absolutely NO QUALITY CONTROL during intake and I have gotten sealed boxes full of literal trash, but once you step outside, you cannot get a refund for fraudulent products."
