The property manager here is so rude. When I moved in around Christmas I had called the office about a gas smell that was in my daughters room. I called the office and they told maintenance. Maintenance came out and told my girl that it was fine and we didnt need to worry about. He lit a lighter and said see its fine. I called ugi that weekend and they had to shut off my gas cause there was a leak. That Monday I call and talk to property manager and she was so rude and disrespectful towards me being concerned about a gas leak. Told me if Im so concerned we can move to a different unit. Or I can call renters insurance and they can put me in a hotel. After that with them shutting it down and almost shutting down the building they started putting letters on the door talking about us not paying rent 4 times when we did and they had our account all messed ****** may 15 I put in 5 work orders on April ******************************************************************************************************************************************* again. I have proof that I keep putting them in and them saying everytime that they never got and will put it in again

My fianc and I signed a 12 month lease on 3/24/2023. The apartment was filthy when we moved in on 3/26/23 and did not include a smoke detector. The bathtub was also clogged, so maintenance had to come within 2 days of us moving in. In August, we emailed the office to report wasps sitting on door handles and railings, posing a risk to residents and pets. They sent out an exterminator a few days later, but typically apartment places resolve issues regarding bugs the same day. In early November, I reported that residents are feeding feral cats, after said cats attacked my two dogs. They put up notices to stop doing that, and that they were monitoring the situation, which angered the other residents. I let the office know that residents were ripping down the notices and who I had seen feeding them. I received a nasty email stating we cannot ask 24 residents to leave just because someone is feeding cats. I didnt ask them to do that. I was highly offended at that email, which was unsigned, and that is when I decided to write this complaint. I am demanding an apology from the person who sent that. After that email, they stopped responding to any emails I sent. Residents were also dumping in the wooded area behind the dumpster, where the cats live, and made it messy. We also had a car towed by ***********. We had not received any notices, and when we went to sign the title over, we saw the car, and there was snow covering all the windows, and since it had snowed all week, there would be no way for us to reasonably see the notice. We are demanding reimbursement for $160, as no reasonable notice was given. After several other inconveniences, we decided to move out one month early. The office employee stated we would be charged rent for March, but no utilities. When we received our security deposit, it was $900 instead of the original $1200, and they stated they withheld it for utilities. We demand that $300 back as well.
