Ordered contacts from WebEyeCare.com on 6/14/20 with shipment to be received within 10 business days. Order amount of $119.59 was billed to my health savings account (HSA) immediately. Did not receive contacts even after I was told the delay was due to having to get prescription verified by eye doctor. I confirmed with eye doctor that this Prescription was confirmed on 6/15/20. Contacted business through email, phone, text message, and online chat multiple times for status of contacts delivery and could never get a straight answer (they didn’t know, or would check into it, or order was lost, or warehouse is delayed, or contacts on back order from manufacturer), and they never followed up or provided any additional updates, ever! Was finally told on 8-6-20 that they did not know what happened to my order and that contacts would be mailed 2nd day air on 7-6-20. Still never received contacts. Called back and requested refund of product on 7-13-20 as we had to order form another company due to being out of contacts and never received order from this business. Was told I would get a confirmation via email of order cancellation and that refund would be issued in 1-3 business days. Never received email, never received refund. . Contacted again on 7-20-20 told that they would follow up with warehouse for status of cancellation. Followed up again later today on 7-20-20 due to receiving no update as promised and have had No follow-up whatsoever. No contacts, and no refund to my account after 1 month and 1 weeks since ordering contacts. I contacted the business on all of the following dates, and multiple times on some of those dates trying to get an update. 6-15-20 6-24-20 6-28-20 6-29-20 6-30-20 7-6-20 7-13-20 7-19-20 7-20-20 As of today 7-20-20, We have received no contacts, no cancellation confirmation, and no refund. The order amount was $119.59. Order # 2069123. I feel I have done my due diligence in trying to work with this company for an extended period without resolution to the issue.
