    I used their site to generate bingo cards for a church event. I paid $2.95 to generate them on 11/18/2025. I was just billed $19.95 for a monthly subscription I was unaware I had signed up for. I reached out to them requesting reversal of payment today.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

    The customer originally signed up for a ***** trial for $2.95, which is clearly presented at checkout as part of our monthly subscription plan. The checkout page displays the trial price, the automatic renewal amount of $19.95 per month, and the renewal date. Immediately after sign-up, our system also sends a confirmation email that includes:

    The plan selected
    - The renewal date and renewal amount
    - Instructions on how to cancel at any time

    The account remained active, the trial was not cancelled during the 7-day window, and the subscription renewed as outlined in the terms agreed to at checkout.


    This charge is therefore not unauthorized and is not the result of any hidden or undisclosed billing. It occurred because the trial converted into the monthly plan as described during purchase.

    That said, we understand accidental renewals can happen. As a goodwill gesture, we have refunded the most recent $19.95 charge and cancelled the subscription so no further billing will occur.

    We encourage customers to contact us directly with any questions. We respond quickly and are always happy to help. This case was resolved for the customer the same day they reached out to us.
