  I would give them negative stars I would. I hired them to replace a shower.First it took them three months to "complete" the job. They pulled the exiting shower surround and did the demo in about a day at the beginning of May. They then didn't show up to "finish" the shower installation for three months, leaving me with only one functional shower. When they say it was complete the faucet was not anchored to the wall behind so when you try to turn on the water the whole fixture moves and water leaks behind and down the wall. They also left a 3" gap the whole way around the shower. Their excuse is they don't do finish work. All this I paid $8000 for, so buyer beware. They will take advantage of you if you don't look at the fine print. They have very deceptive business practices.

  The company is way overpriced for sewer replacement and they have a lot of miscommunication within their company to their company to their customers about pricing and what will be done. I do not recommend using them at all!!

  We responded to your emergency call which included an all day excavation project in order to repair the sewage pipe. Not only was the repair done promptly, but it was done the way that we proposed and agreed upon. Please pay your bill as this job was completed in the beginning of April.

  I purchased a heat pump in Nov 2025. Spent over $19,000. We have a 10 year warranty on all parts. 2 weeks ago our system stopped working during very hot temperatures. They came and told us that they would have to come back because they didnt have the part in the truck. The next day they came with the part and told us that we could pay or wait up to 2 weeks for the part. My boyfriend paid without me knowing. I called and the secretary was accusing my boyfriend of lying and said he agreed to pay.. he did not want to wait 2 weeks! I called the company and was told that the part should have been under warranty. There was a case opened and I spent 1.5 hours waiting to be told that I needed to call Triangle back so they could submit the paper work for our money back. The manager refused and was completely rude on the phone with me. Do yourself a favor and do business with another company.

  ************ This busines is terrible. I had a central air unit installed and quoted for $7800. I had the original duct work. The until was put in and after installation the guys packes up and left. Did not show me a thing. Almost ran off with my old nest thermostat that they packed up and put in their truck. I set up everything myself. After gettinf everything going, i had cool air blowing really good all through my downstairs in every room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms the air blew out the floor vents about 6 inches from the floor. Not cooling anything. I called them about 20 times complaining and all they did was quote me for new duct work ranging from $6,000 to $10,000. My duct work is only 10 yrs old. When the manager came to my house. He never checked the duct to see if its clogged or anything. Just tried to sell me new duct work.

  I am writing this review following advice from the Better Business Bureau. My 88-year-old stepfather contacted Triangle after his central air conditioning stopped working (he had received a promotional postcard for $89.00 system inspection). The technician came to his home, did an inspection and informed my stepfather that the system needed replaced and the attic had a mice issue and that the mice had chewed holes in the duct work and that also needed replaced. He verbally estimated the total cost would be approximately $20,000.00. My stepfather rejected that estimate, at that point the technician called his supervisor and then informed my stepfather that they could give him a deal at $16,000.00. I then contacted the technician questioning the estimate. Both my husband and I spoke with him. I was concerned that we needed to remedy the mice situation before moving further to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I mentioned that I would contact ******* Exterminators and the technician suggested that we simply put down mice poison as it would be much cheaper. The technician was pleasant and professional. The total estimate we received in writing was $14,416.00. We decided to get an estimate from a reputable HVAC company. That technician told us that in his 34 years' experience, he has never witnessed mice in an attic (it is simply too hot and lacking a food source). He felt that the minor tearing of the material could easily be properly patched and the estimate of under $9500.00 was offered and accepted. My husband called Triangle to discuss our frustrations with their dishonesty and the fact that they were trying to take advantage of an elderly veteran (classic elder abuse). He asked to speak with the owner and was told that he did not take calls. He was transferred to a gentleman in management, my husband explained the situation and this gentleman became argumentative and less than professional. This gentleman followed up with a condescending email. Unfortunate.

  We provided our professional recommendation to the customer that included photos of the damaged duct work that required repair. When we estimate a project we guarantee/warranty the work performed. This particular customer chose not to accept the estimate provided, thus we did not provide any work. Our technicians are trained to be experts of their trade, and while our company may not be the cheapest, we will always stand by our work. We wish we could have been afforded the opportunity to provide you an excellent customer experience, but since the customer chose not to do business with us, we feel that this is an unfair review.
