    Shameful business! Took advantage of the pandemic by keeping many of our school parents' money for a trip that never happened. They eventually offered a 50/50 split; 50% refund and 50% for them to keep...BUT ONLY if you sign a tailor-made WAIVER created by them, giving up any right to sue them. So their plan was to keep 50% of our money for a trip that never even happened and was cancelled because of a mandatory shutdown. Oh...and if you agree to all that, the refund would take place in 4 equal payments over a 2 years and 2 month payback period, which they "reserve the right to abandon at any time". It appears that the negative backlash caused them to shut down their previous business of "Curriculum Travel of America (CTA)" and they are now operating under "Liaison Travel". Book at your own risk. Beware of reviews from people with the same last name as the President of the company. You can file an online complaint at PA Office of Attorney General **********************************************************************
