      On February 6th, 2025, my car needed to be winched off the side of the road due to an ice storm, I slid into an embankment. I reached out to ******************** (****) for roadside assistance. **** sent Super Towing Service to come and help. The tow truck operator told me he was towing the car to his yard. I said I wanted to drive my vehicle back home as my car was driveable OR have it dropped off at my home or my auto repair shop. The tow truck operator argued that he had to tow it to his yard because it was in an accident. I signed no documentation authorizing the company to tow it to h their yard. Upon asking how much this would cost, the tow truck driver said he wasnt sure and gave me a business card to call him later once he ran the numbersI called multiple times throughout the rest of the day with no answer from them. At 6pm of Feb. 6th, the tow truck driver answered the phone and told me I would have to pay a fee for picking up my vehicle after hours. I said I had reached out a number of times and was told We were busy.When I said I was on my way to get my vehicle, he told me he would send me an address and I never received the text for the address. The address they have listed for their company is incorrect, so I had to call again and he said he forgot to text me the address.Upon arriving to retrieve my vehicle I was told they only take cash. I was not made aware of this until I got there. I asked for an invoice for my insurance company and he texted me a broken link.Again, I DID NOT authorize this company to tow my vehicle to their yard.
