    I want to start off this review with saying that I as well work costumer service and if I could leave ZERO stars in this review, I would. With that being said, the way these employees speak to their patients is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are extremely argumentative, uncooperative, and do not answer when you call back. If I spoke to my patients they way the employees and the MANAGER spoke to me I would be fired. I know that the employees dont care if they loose clients but corporate will. ***** was one of the employees I had the extreme distaste of speaking with. She treated My mother like she was stupid and gave her attitude when my mother tried to explain to her something was wrong with the prescription. She told her Do you not understand what Im saying while pointing at her head. I get getting frustrated with patients, but take a minute and breathe. YOU choose to work costumer service, if you do not wish to provide up to par costumer service then quit. There are MANY reviews in here stating the same thing. Please please read this review and really think about if this is somewhere you would want to go for care. Im extremely disappointed. Do not recommend at all.
