TrovaTrip offers several ways for Travelers to pay for their trip during the booking process. They also allow Travelers to change their payment methods as needed directly in their secure Trova accounts.
To secure their spot on a TrovaTrip, Travelers are required to make a down payment — 25% of the total booking cost.
if booking within the United States- Travelers are presented with 3 options: Pay in Full, Pay Minimum Due (Down Payment), and Pay with Affirm.
Pay in full: Travelers pay full balance on the trip up front, no need to worry about making payments later or issues due to missed deadlines.
Pay Minimum Due: This is the required amount due for a down payment in order to save your spot on the trip. 25% is due at checkout, and the remainder is due 90 days before the TrovaTrip starts. Travelers can make payments at any time in their Account on the Manage Booking section of their Trip page.
Pay with Affirm: Trova is happy to partner with Affirm to help make trips more affordable or easier to manage payments. If Travelers choose this option, they work directly with Affirm to process a loan for the trip amount, and Travelers make payments directly to them.

TrovaTrip's cancelation policy is based on Traveler booking status and the days remaining until the trip starts.
If a Traveler booking is still pending and has not been confirmed, they are entitled to a full refund of all money paid.
If a Traveler booking was confirmed, Trova offers a 72-hour grace period from the time it was confirmed to request a full refund if they want or need to cancel.
