      I reached out to maids by trade because I wanted to get my apartment cleaned. I had let it fall by the wayside while I was going through cancer treatment and to celebrate my remission wanted treat myself and have it done for me.I *** quoted $420 as the high end of the estimate for cleaning of a 1year old property, EXCLUDING the master bedroom, but added to have the refrigerator (not freezer) cleaned out. They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch

      Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We want to address the confusion and any misunderstandings. Our pricing is $70 per person per hour. We also offer additional services upon request, which are the following: spot cleaning walls, blinds, interior windows, window tracks, and inside of fridge and freezer. We provided our client an estimate over the phone for ******************* and depending on the condition of the home, the cleaning time may be extended as stated in estimate #**** signed by ******* (photo attached). The only "extra" the client requested was to clean the interior fridge. The cleaning of walls is considered an "extra" which was not requested, and the inside of any drawers are not included in our standard services, only *************************** Lastly, we only vacuum and mop floors, we do not do any kind of repairs or floor polishing. She did not receive an in-home estimate, therefore our quote was based on the information provided by the client without physically seeing the condition of the home. That being said, we cannot guarantee any price quotes made over the phone.

      Upon learning about her complaint, we offered her our 24-hour guarantee, which consisted of redoing the cleaning at no cost. However, she refused this offer. In our second attempt to resolve the matter, we informed her that we would honor the quoted price of $420 and waive any additional charges for the extra time needed, and this was the only amount she was charged for. Unfortunately, she still refused to hear us out and ended the call. Despite our willingness to assist, we were not given the opportunity to address the situation and resolve her concerns any further.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My apartment complex is only a year old, I moved into this brand new dwelling 2/13/23.

      after my inspection they only vacuumed my sons room, cleaned the 2 bathrooms, and swept and mopped the floors, wiped off the fronts of the cabinets, and surfaces in the kitchen, and for extra cleaned out the refrigerator, windows and walls were not included, also they did not reassemble the shelves inside the refrigerator and did not inquire about being unable to reassemble them correctly, So I had to clean it out again to fix this error they sent 3 workers, for 750 sq ft of cleaning area and claim it took the 2.5 hours to do listed above, after the maids left I immediately called to dispute their overcharge they refused to detail what services came with the Deep Clean package I requested, just as they themselves did not detail in their response, $450 would have been overcharging for 2 bathrooms and a sweep and mop of the floor, and kitchen surfaces, my house was clean before they got there, so when they tried to charge me $525 without explaining why it was so much more expensive than quoted I felt pressured to sign, they only offered to charge me the $450 after I told them I was stopping payment and contacting the BBB. I declined their offer to return to the property because when they left 30 min earlier than quoted and tried to charge me $75 more!
