  A fire is something that no one should ever have to experience, but Surebuild was there for the rescue. We are beyond grateful for everything they did. From the beginning, they were transparent and helpful, patiently explaining things we were unsure about and always available when we needed assistance or answers. It is extremely comforting working with a company you can trust. We had no clue how to move forward from this ordeal, and we are grateful REMOVEDand the team from Surebuild for never making us feel as though we were just another job or another faceless customer. From the amazing demolition team with REMOVEDto REMOVEDand REMOVEDwith the rebuild, they were with us every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and deeply respectful throughout the entire process. And they have been wonderful with answering any questions and concerns even after the job was complete.   We bought our first home, and just a few days after moving in, we experienced a flood caused by a malfunctioning bidet left by the previous owners. Our realtor, REMOVED, recommended Surebuildand within an hour, Alyona was at our home starting the mitigation process.The journey that followed was incredibly stressful and took seven months before we could move back in. That said, Surebuild was there for us every step of the way. They not only built us a beautiful home but also handled all the back-and-forth with insurance, making sure we received the amount we were owed.This process hasnt been easyrenovations and insurance claims never arebut the team at Surebuild made a huge difference. REMOVEDhas been especially helpful throughout. Hes thoughtful, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. His team is professional, hardworking, and dependable.Were grateful for everything theyve done for us and would absolutely recommend Surebuild to anyone going through a similar situation. They really do take care of you.

  i was out of the house for a few days during the ice storm last year and a pipe burst in my attic. when i came back, i found the kitchen, bathroom and a lot of other areas flooded. Surebuild Restoration helped me out when no one else would show up, and they did more than just fix the flooded areas. we took the opportunity to redo the layout of my house (took out some walls), leveled my 100 year old floors, and replaced the flooring with oak hardwood. also did a full replumb since the walls were open anyway (which was really good advice from them), changed some hvac (added kitchen hood, bathroom fans). great job. my only suggestion is to call your insurance company daily to help move along the approvals.

  REMOVEDand his team at SureBuild took on our project and we couldnt be happier! They installed new flooring, added a sleek pocket door entry to the laundry room, and took care of painting and touching up trim throughout the house. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they paid great attention to detail. They were also professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free! Definitely recommend to those looking for reliable and skilled craftsmanship!

  My family lost their house due to a house fire in 2023. Surebuild worked hard to make the insurance portion easy and smooth. Surebuild is a very knowledgeable team with insurance claims and made sure that I was getting every dollar from the insurance company I needed to fully rebuild my home and looked out for my family and I. I worked close with REMOVED, REMOVEDand REMOVEDwhich they all did such an amazing job. REMOVEDhas been great to work with through out our house rebuild and makes sure things get done in a timely manner. Our house is now done and with great quality work. Thank you so much!

  We had an unknown dishwasher leak for over a year that resulted in damage to the hardwood floor, subfloor, and floor joists. The island was not able to be removed without damage. We contacted SureBuild to discuss the reconstruction process for our kitchen. SureBuild explained that our insurance policy supported new cabinets and hardwood floors. Our insurance adjuster never mentioned this, and we would have never known that we were entitled to this amount of restoration if we hadnt talked to SureBuild. From the very start, SureBuild communicated directly with our insurance adjuster to ensure that we would receive everything that our policy provided as well as follow-up meetings when unexpected things came up during the reconstruction, all the while keeping us in the loop as well. Having this large pool of money covered by insurance gave us the opportunity to add our own money into the project so we would have the kitchen of our dreams built. When we asked SureBuild if this approach would be OK with them, they encouraged it. We worked with REMOVED, our project manager, on the re-design of our kitchen and she kept us abreast of the additional charges that we would be responsible for, above and beyond what the insurance had committed to pay. Having a dedicated project manager removed us from having to deal with all the contractors in our project which included plumbers, electricians, HVAC people, carpenters, carpet people, flooring people, painters, etc. The quality of work completed by SureBuild contractors exceeded our expectations at all levels. The planning for the project was communicated clearly to us, and there were no surprises throughout the project. Our experience could not have been any better than what SureBuild delivered. We feel very fortunate that we had SureBuild build our dream kitchen.

  The entire Surebuild Restoration team was an absolute DREAM to work with. They stepped in when we had water damage in our home and helped us navigate the entire process with excellent care and communication. They advocated for us when it came to dealing with insurance and they met their project deadlines. Their level of work was exceptional and we are very happy with how everything turned out.   Surebuild stepped in after water damage in our home and helped us to navigate all the challenges and unknown surrounding an insurance claim to get restored. The team was kind and attentive to our needs. When something did not go as planned or did not meet our expectations, the team listened, and advocated on our behalf, and was certain to rectify. We are thankful for their leadership and support. It was not easy to relocate a family of seven over the summer months, but in the end, we have a beautifully restored home.Thank you, Surebuild ????

  We had an amazing experience with this company. From an unfortunate insurance claim from water damage, Surebuild Restoration was recommended to us by a family friend and couldnt have been in any better hands than them. The whole team was well managed, cooperative, experienced in the best way possible, and very coordinated, giving us amazing and high quality results. Would definitely want Surebuild Restoration by our side with any sort of restoring or rebuilding.
