      Shipping time went from one day to seven days. Post office lost the package. Lazarus customer service completely apathetic. This company used to have a good reputation

      On 1/5/24 I placed an order for 8 products. The order was said to ship within 2 business days, which did not occur.On 1/12 I enquired about my order, and received an email on 1/12 saying it was shipping that same day. The label was created, but it didn't actually ship until the end of that week. It was split into two packages.Both packages were scheduled to arrive on 1/22/24. On that day, one of the packages arrived destroyed, cans inside exploded, package soaking wet. The other package with the remainder of the order did not arrive. Said it was arriving 1/22, then 1/23, then 1/24, now just says delayed).1/22 I emailed the business (Their customer service email) with photos of the destroyed package and enquired on rest of the order, and again emailed twice more since then over the last week.Business never responded to any of the emails.Posted on ******** 1/27, business hasn't responded. I have none of the products ordered, the one that came was destroyed, and I can't get anyone to answer me.

      Hello. It is unclear whether it is due to BBB intervention, but eventually I did receive a refund for my order that never arrived. Thank you for your advocacy!
