    This guest was on our do not rent list. She was informed of this when she checked out of her prior stay. We told her she would not be allowed to book with us anymore. She chose to make a prepaid reservation, we denied check-in due to her being on the do not rent list and she cussed at hotel staff and screamed at us multiple times. We gave her all the appropriate information on how to go about getting her refund as she did not pay the hotel, she paid through a 3rd party booking site, i.e Expedia, ***********. She to this day has not contacted them for a refund.

    Are you BLIND? I was ROBBED of $80.00 AND MADE SUICIDAL by these LYING DISCRIMINATING CRIMINALS! I have provided you with the evidence of the ROBBERY AND DISCRIMINATION! In the beginning of this all I wanted was a FULL REFUND OF $80.00. Now I want a full refund, criminal charges and the business shut down PERMANENTLY!!!! Or is the Government going to BREAK THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ALSO?
